Hi. I had an Outlook disaster last night and when I had to reestablish my account I lost all my previous settings, including the one I had to check for E-mail every minute. I tried looking online for how to set it, but I'm confused by the instructions because it says that there's supposed to be a drop down menu, but I can't find one. Could someone please tell me how to set the frequency to send and receive E-mail using JAWS? I'd be very appreciative. Thanks in advance.
Just an update... I finally called Microsoft Disability and they were able to help me with this issue and get it corrected as well as with a couple other issues I had. I knew about them for years, but always hesitated to call, but my experience with them was very good and if anyone has problems with their windows computers or devices and needs help I would encourage you to give them a call.
Another update... If anyone needs the number for Microsoft Disability it's 1-800-936-5900. I was amazed by their service.
Glad you were able to fis the issue. Very nice to hear about your positive experience with disability support. TOo bad apple didn't do that. Too bad you have to pay for support on a product you've already spent a thousand dollars on.
